• Qualify prospects
• Book meetings or transfer calls

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate business information
• Use the service for lawful purposes

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to upload illegal or unauthorized data
• To obtain consent before contacting leads where required
• To comply with telecom and data laws

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via Razorpay
• All fees are billed in INR unless stated otherwise
• Subscription plans renew monthly unless cancelled

5. Usage Limits

Plans include defined usage (e.g., call minutes, workflows). Exceeding limits may result in:

• Additional charges
• Temporary service restrictions

6. AI Limitations

Binate uses AI systems which:

• May not always be 100% accurate
• Depend on the data you provide

We are not liable for business outcomes or decisions made based on AI outputs.

7. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant us permission to process it to provide services

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of terms
• Non-payment
• Misuse of the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Binate is not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party service failures
